Training

·        Taught both adults and children software packages for the Macintosh and the PC in a classroom environment

·        Delivered on-site training to both executives and mid-level managers

·        Created technology curriculum that conformed to state standards for grades kindergarten through eighth grade


Management

·        Supervised entire computer learning center training staff: anticipated class loads; designed instructional delivery and materials; bolstered employee morale; rewarded high evaluations; staffed employee reviews

·        Streamlined processes for a school’s technology department: upgraded network support, servers, wireless access points;  created an active technology committee; improved the budgeting system; devised a coherent three-year technology plan


Additional Skills

Possess excellent presentation skills and a good sense of humor.  Able to communicate with a variety of people in a large group setting. Highly skilled in administration, organization, project management, process development and team building; able to see the “big picture” while taking care of details. Experience in teaching Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint and Outlook to the advanced level.  Able to work with both Macintosh and Windows operating systems.
